How the Presale Works
The presale is the cheapest entry to this festival, and it is short. Sign up before it opens, be ready at 10:00 AM ET on Thu Oct 22, 2026, and treat the first hour as the whole game.
How do I get the presale passcode?
Sign up at boardwalkrockfest.com. The festival, produced by C3 Presents, runs its own presale page for signup, and the passcode goes to the people on that list. No code is published on this page or anywhere else we can verify, and any site printing a code today is guessing. If you want the presale price, the signup list is the only route that exists.
What happens in the one-hour window?
The official wording is exact: "GUARANTEED LOWEST-PRICE GA TICKETS FOR ONE HOUR!" From 10:00 AM ET on Oct 22, GA tickets sit at their lowest price of the sale. Prices here work in tiers: each tier starts at one price, and when a tier sells out the next opens higher, with the same access and benefits. The one-hour window is the floor. Nothing after it is cheaper at face value.
If you miss the presale
The public on-sale follows at 11:00 AM ET the same day, if tickets remain. After that, the routes are the official sale at whatever tier is live, the Ticketmaster Verified Exchange, and resale listings like the Ticket Squeeze set priced below. The 2025 debut sold out, so treat the on-sale as the last low-price moment rather than the start of a long sale.

At face value, a 1-Day GA pass starts at $179 and a 3-Day GA pass starts at $339, on the official tickets page, checked Oct 21, 2026. The official page labels its prices "No Hidden Fees." Every figure on this page carries that check date, because resale counts and prices move.

The single-day resale listings name no pass tier, so this table does not give them one. A Sunday listing at $367 is a Sunday entry at resale, not a "1-Day GA" at a markup. The limit is 8 tickets per transaction on the official sale.
Single-Day or 3-Day? The Pass Maths Both Ways
At face value, three single days cost 3 x $179 = $537. The 3-Day GA pass costs $339. If you plan to attend all three days, the pass saves $198 before any tier sells out. At resale the same shape holds, wider: the three single days at the checked prices cost $346 + $346 + $367 = $1,059, against $730 for the 3-Day resale pass, a $329 difference.
The single day still wins in one case: you only want one day. Sunday carries the highest resale price of the three, $367. If Sunday is your day and the other two are not, one resale Sunday costs less than any 3-Day route. Pass Tiers Compared: GA, GA+, VIP, Platinum, Ultimate, Bungalows
Every tier includes entry, all three stages, the boardwalk businesses inside the grounds, and Jolly Roger at the Pier with free admission to its rides and games. Kids 8 and under enter free with a ticketed adult on GA, GA+ and VIP. What changes per tier is comfort, viewing position, and what is included. Perks below are the official descriptions, condensed without addition.
GA
The base pass, and the right one for most fans. Entry for your day or days, more than 40 performances across three stages, food and drink vendors with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, festival bars, merch stores, free water refill stations, and lockers with charging for rent. Everything later tiers add is comfort and position, not more music.
GA+
GA plus a dedicated lounge. The GA+ Lounge sits just south of Jolly Roger, with shade, relaxed seating, air-conditioned restrooms, dedicated bars and hospitality staff. Pick GA+ if the beach sun and the restroom lines are your deciding factors. It is the cheapest step up that changes how the day feels.
VIP
GA and GA+ plus viewing. A raised viewing platform at the main stage, premium viewing areas at all stages, a VIP Lounge at the main stage with its own merch store, air-conditioned restrooms, dedicated bars, and a dedicated premium entrance shared with Platinum and Ultimate. Pick VIP if where you stand matters more than what is included.
Platinum
Front-of-stage viewing at all three stages, a Platinum Lounge with a complimentary full-service bar and all-day dining, barista coffee service, complimentary lockers and charging, a priority merch checkout lane, and an exclusive festival gift. Platinum kids rules differ: children 2 and under are free, ages 3 to 8 need a paid kids Platinum ticket, and ages 9 and above need a full Platinum ticket.
Ultimate
The top individual package, sold as a 3-Day pass only. Front-of-stage viewing at all stages, front-of-house soundboard viewing at the main and second stages, golf cart transport between the lounge and the stages, access to the Artist Bar, backstage access as the official page describes it, and a dedicated Ultimate staff. Every guest needs a paid Ultimate ticket, at every age. There is no 1-Day Ultimate.
Bungalows
Group hospitality for 12 guests. A private shaded space with views over the main stage, the grounds and the ocean, complimentary food and drinks all day including dinner, private bars, upgraded air-conditioned restrooms, Wi-Fi, access to all VIP areas, and a merchandise concierge. Extra guests can be added per day at extra cost. At $30,000 for 12, the per-head maths is $2,500, which is a corporate or group decision, not a fan upgrade.
Student, GOVX and Group Pricing, and How Layaway Works
Student tickets
Student GA, for the 3-Day and the 1-Day, starts at $174. The offer covers students and recent graduates, and the ticket must be bought with an .edu email address. Orders without a valid student email are subject to cancellation, and the limit is 4 per purchase. The $174 figure and the .edu rule are the official terms, and they are what this page prints.
GOVX discount
GOVX offers the same GA starting price, from $174, for Military, First Responders, Medical Services and Educators. Verification happens on the GOVX site, not on the festival site, so eligibility is GOVX's call on its own checks.
Group tickets
Groups of 10 or more can buy through the festival's group route, for companies, organizations, schools and clubs, across GA, GA+, VIP and Platinum. The official note is plain: group tickets are available at standard ticket prices only. No group discount is promised, so do not budget for one.
How layaway works
You pick layaway at checkout, and a minimum order total applies. The down payments sit in the price table above, from $25 on GA to $200 on 3-Day Platinum. After the first instalment, later instalments charge automatically to the first card used. The schedule and amounts appear at the end of checkout and in the Front Gate receipt and account, and a plan can be paid off early in the Front Gate account.
Buying in Maryland: What State Ticket Law Requires a Listing to Show
This festival sits in Maryland, and Maryland ticket law is specific. Senate Bill 539, enacted as Chapter 456, sets the rules every seller into this state works under. The ones a buyer can use:
The total price must be disclosed. A listing has to show the full price, with charges itemised, rather than revealing the real total at the last step. A resale price is capped against the initial total price of the ticket, and a secondary exchange marketplace fee is capped at 10 percent. And a full refund is due from the issuer, the secondary exchange, or a reseller that directly sells the ticket when a ticket is counterfeit, when the event is cancelled, or when the ticket does not conform to its advertised description.
For scale, a Maryland Attorney General review of ticket resale cites national GAO averages from a nongeneralizable sample: fees around 27 percent on primary sales and 31 percent on secondary sales. Those are national averages quoted in the review, not Boardwalk Rock figures, and they explain the shape of resale pricing better than any single listing does. The law itself is the Senate Bill 539 text.
Three Different Purchases: Official Sale, Verified Exchange and Resale
Boardwalk Rock Festival tickets reach a buyer three ways, and the three are not the same purchase. The festival's help center states the validity rule in its Ticket and Wristband Policy: only wristbands bought through Front Gate Tickets or the Ticketmaster Verified Exchange are valid. Official sales are final sale, with no refunds and no exchanges.
The Verified Exchange is the second route, named here only as the help center names it. No Ticketmaster event page for the 2027 festival exists today, so no Ticketmaster date or price is stated on this page.
Resale is the third route, and it is the route this guide's links take. A resale purchase is governed by the marketplace's own terms, shown at checkout, and this guide does not hold the order or the money. Are single-day passes on sale, or only the 3-Day?
Both. Face value sells 1-Day passes for Friday, Saturday or Sunday beside the 3-Day, and resale lists single days too, priced in the table above. A single-day buyer picks the day at purchase.
Are fees included in the prices on this page?

When do wristbands arrive?
Wristbands are mailed in advance of the festival. A damaged, lost or stolen wristband can be replaced once, for the original purchaser, for a $20 fee, with government ID at the Box Office.
Can I buy at the gate?
The Box Office near 1st St handles will call pickup, wristband help and ticket upgrades if available. Its hours are not yet published, checked Oct 21, 2026. Plan to buy online; treat the Box Office as a service point, not a sales plan.
